TERMS OF REFERENCE
for consultant to develop Plans for implementation of the Paris Declaration in Bijeljina, Mostar, Sarajevo
Background
Partnerships in Health is implementing the Regional Programme Sustainability of Services for Key Populations in Eastern Europe and Central Asia in Bosnia and Herzegovina, funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and led by the Alliance for Public Health from Ukraine.
The objective of the programme is to address the inadequacy of the HIV response across Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA), and Partnerships in Health is implementing a part of the regional project in Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the proposed goals of the programme includes:
Continued advocacy actions to increase domestic funding for key affected populations in 5 SEE countries
Tasks:
In order to achieve the objective of the assignment, Partnerships in Health is seeking a consultant to complete following the tasks:
Review existing implementation of health-related programmes in three cities signatories of the Paris Declaration in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Bijeljina, Mostar, Sarajevo)
Develop the Plan for implementation of the Paris Declaration in Bijeljina, Mostar and Sarajevo
Period of engagement:
7 days in the period of 15 December 2022 – 30 December 2022
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the health sector, especially in area of HIV/AIDS
- Experience in drafting action plans
- Experience working with key affected populations
Fee:
Gross amount of 498.67 USD per day
